PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support analysis of opinion by general attendants when making consent between discussion among a plurality of opinion leaders and the opinions by the general attendants to the discussion with respect to an object issue.

SOLUTION: A consent making support device 1 includes a storage device 100 which stores utterance data 102 including utterance content data including an identifier and an utterance type of an utterance object, utterance acquisition means 204 of displaying a screen for accepting input of an utterance and choices of the identifier and the utterance type of the utterance object, and storing utterance content data in the utterance data 102 once receiving the utterance content data, and filtering means 206 of displaying the utterance data 102, and extracting and displaying utterance content data including a selected type of an utterance object or utterance type and displaying the data when the type of the utterance object or utterance type is selected.
