PURPOSE: A panel for a prefabricated structure and a construction method of a prefabricated structure using the same are provided to reduce construction time and costs by simultaneously coupling unit panels to each other. CONSTITUTION: A panel for a prefabricated structure comprises unit panels(10), one or more rotation pin portions(11), one or more pipe body portions(12), finishing members, and a foldable roof body. The unit panels are formed by filling frames with a heat insulation material. The rotation pin portions are fixed to one side of each unit panel. The pipe body portions are fixed to the other side of each unit panel to correspond to the rotation pin portions. The finishing members finish the gaps generated when the rotation pin portions and the pipe body portions are coupled to each other. The foldable roof body is placed on the walls built through the unit panels, and inverse U-shaped holders are fixed to the bottom edge thereof.
