<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output correction method for a heat conduction type gas sensor with which concentration detection precision of combustible gas can be improved over a wide concentration range from a low concentration to a high concentration and a gas detector which is capable of measuring a gas concentration accurately and with high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: An output correction method for a heat conduction type gas sensor is provided for correcting sensor output for gas to be detected obtained from the heat conduction type gas sensor for combustible gas detection on the basis of an oxygen concentration in the gas to be detected. A gas detector comprises the heat conduction type gas sensor for combustible gas detection and a concentration calculation mechanism including a function for calculating a gas concentration of combustible gas in the gas to be detected by correcting the sensor output of the heat conduction type gas sensor obtained for the gas to be detected on the basis of the oxygen concentration in the gas to be detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
