<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boiler waste heat utilization system capable of improving coefficient of utilization of waste heat while preventing an exhaust gas temperature from reaching a prescribed value or less. <P>SOLUTION: In this boiler waste heat utilization system 1, the air 22 distributed from a blower 26 and the fuel 24 are burned in a burner 28, waste heat released from an exhaust gas 34 of a steam boiler 2 generating the steam by a superheater 30, is extracted as electric energy by a thermoelectric conversion module 6 disposed in a flue 4, and heat is collected in the supply water 40 sent from a water supply pump 36 and flowing in a cooling water pipe 8 to preheat the supply water 40. The supply water 40 after preheating, is sent to the steam boiler 2 through a water supply path 38.
