<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground improvement body whose shear fracture is suppressed in earthquake, and to provide a piled raft foundation equipped therewith. <P>SOLUTION: A ground improvement body 20 has an upper part formed as a lattice-like ground improvement part 20A, and a lower part formed as a wall-like ground improvement part 20B. The wall-like ground improvement part 20B extends downward from the lattice-like ground improvement part 20A, and passes through a weak layer 14B in the lower layer of a liquefied layer 14A and arrives at a supporting layer 14C. Thus, the lattice-like ground improvement part 20A is supported via the wall-like ground improvement part 20B by the supporting layer 14C. In th wall-like ground improvement part 20B, a slit portion 34 is formed extending upward from the lower end. The slit portion 34 has the weak layer 14B and the supporting layer 14C which are not ground-improved and have less rigidity than a ground-improved columnar improvement body 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
