摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pd ion collector that extracts palladium (Pd) efficiently and inexpensively. <P>SOLUTION: The Pd ion adsorbent compound such as DDHMP that selectively adsorb Pd as a target metal is supported by highly ordered mesoporous silica (HOMS) manufactured from an organosilicon compound and surfactant. The HOMS that supports the Pd ion adsorbent compounds is in made contact with solution in which the Pd as the target metal is dissolved, and is adsorbed to the Pd ion adsorbent compounds in which the Pd ion as the target metal is selectively supported with the HOMS. The HOMS that supports the Pd ion adsorbent compounds adsorbing the Pd ion as the target metal is chemically processed and is further liberated from the Pd ion adsorbent compounds in which the Pd ion as the target metal is supported with the HOMS to recover the Pd as the target metal. The HOMS that supports the Pd ion adsorbent compounds from which the Pd ion is liberated is reused.
