<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of invalidating only context information relating to a specific object of context information encrypted and recorded by a robot or the like. <P>SOLUTION: When context information is extracted from data recognized by a sensor of a robot, a subject or object of the context is recognized, and a key corresponding to the object is generated, and the context information is encrypted. When a deletion request of the context relating to a specific recognition object is made, only a key is deleted to make it impossible at once to decrypt many contexts stored in a distribution manner. The context including a plurality of recognition objects is expressed by converting the recognition objects into a bit table, and the context is duplicated for the number of the recognition objects and encrypted by using a key corresponding to each recognition object so that after the deletion request of the context is processed, any information relating to the recognition objects can be prevented from remaining.
