<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch panel device capable of preventing erroneous input from occurring regardless of a rotation angle of a touch panel. <P>SOLUTION: A touch panel device 1 includes: a touch panel 10; an angle detection sensor 20; and a CPU 30. The touch panel 10 displays function keys 110 to 180 which operate predetermined functions during touch input, includes detection areas 210 to 280 where the touch input of the function keys 110 to 180 is detected, and is rotatable. The angle detection sensor 20 detects a rotation angle of the touch panel 10.
