PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device which prevents information from being read.

SOLUTION: A semiconductor device 10 disclosed in the present specification comprises: a second insulation layer 15 having a contact 15a; a third insulation layer 17 having a contact 17a; and a second wiring layer 16 arranged between the second insulation layer 15 and the third insulation layer 17. A wiring is not arranged at a part of the second wiring layer 16 between the contact 15a and the contact 17a. A distance between the contact 15a and the contact 17a is shorter than a distance between the contact 15a or the contact 17a, and another contact or another wiring in the second insulation layer 15, the third insulation layer 17 and the second wiring layer 16.
