PURPOSE: A method for breeding Bificobacterium sp. using Lactobacillus casei CJNU 0588 and Leuconostoc mesenteroides CJNU 0147 is provided to enhance breeding effect. CONSTITUTION: A method for breeding Bificobacterium sp. comprises: a step of mixing Lactobacillus casei CJNU 0588(deposit number: KCTC 11474BP) isolated from cheese and Leuconostoc mesenteroides CJNU 0147(deposit number: KCTC 11475BP) isolated from kimchi and culturing the mixture; and a step of breeding Bificobacterium sp. using the culture. A medium for culture contains a whey culture medium.
