<p>The objective of the present invention is to provide a program and the like that can, into a predetermined format, alter patient information electronically output from medical institution systems. The program causes the execution in an information processing device (4) of: a step wherein an indication input means (46) receives the input of patient identification information; a step wherein, on the basis of the input patient identification information, a control means searches within the patient information recording means (121) of an information processing device (12) that manages patient information, and calls patient information relating to the patient identification information; and a step wherein the control means alters the called patient information into a predetermined format on the basis of an alteration table recorded in an alteration table recording means (442).</p> |
