The present invention relates to a method of forming a fiber-reinforced resin formed product having a cylindrical portion, by arranging a plurality of sheet-like fiber reinforcements (23), that partially overlap each other on a forming die (1a), covering the fiber layer with a vacuum bag (6), and then impregnating the fiber layer (2) by injecting resin; and to formed products obtained by using the method, in which the occurrence of wrinkles by the reinforcement fiber (2) is suppressed and which have excellent appearance and sufficient strength.
