PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily separate a thin information protection paper for the printing paper designed so as to print the information requiring security from above the information protection paper which is attached to the printing paper beforehand. SOLUTION: There is provided a thermal printing paper having an information protective function, wherein an ink or varnish containing wax and silicone as a sliding agent is applied on the back side of an end on a side surface of a print pattern of the thermal printing heat-sensitive paper and thereafter, the information protection paper is attached through the printer, thereby the information protection paper can be easily peeled off from the thermal printing paper.
