PURPOSE: A micro flow device, a manufacturing method thereof, a specimen detecting device using the same, and a method thereof are provided to control transfer speed, reaction time, and reaction number of fluid samples. CONSTITUTION: A micro flow device(100) comprises absorbers(120) and a platform(110). The platform can use a central point as a rotary shaft. The absorber is arranged on an imaginary line which extends the edge of the platform. The fluid can be absorbed into the absorber, and can move to a centrifugal force direction, a centrifugal force opposite direction, or a centrifugal force vertical direction. A plurality of absorbers is radially arranged based on the central point.
