367,277. Washing-machines. NAAMLOOZE VENNOOTSCHAP REINEVELD, Delft, Holland. June 22, 1931, No. 17997. Convention date, Aug. 30, 1930. [Class 138 (ii).] The clothes &c. receptacle 1 of a rotary washing-machine is divided by four approximately radial partitions 3 into compartments a .. d and the loading and unloading apertures 4a.. 4d of all the compartments are arranged immediately adjacent one of the approximately diametral partitions formed by two opposite radial partitions. The stationary casing 2 is provided with two horizontally opposed apertures 6, 7 which are spaced apart approximately by the distance between two of the compartment apertures not immediately adjacent to one another. By this arrangement the two upper compartments can be loaded or unloaded simultaneously. The apertures are closed by sliding doors 5a .. 5d, 8, 9. The Specification as open to inspection under Sect. 91 (3) (a) referred also to the application of the invention to machines having six or eight compartments. This subject-matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted. |
