MANUFACTURING METHOD OF META ARAMID FOR ELECTRO SPINNING

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a meta aramide dope which is proper for electrospinning is provided to control process condition during neutralization and to fabricate fiber products and web products. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating a meta aramide dope for electrospinning comprises: a step of adding meta phenylene diamine and isophthaloyl chloride to an aramide solvent and preparing a reaction mixture; a step of polymerizing the reaction mixture to obtain a product; a step of adding neutralizing agent to neutralize HCl; and a step of dehydrating and defoaming.
