The general field of the invention is that of aircraft cockpit display systems requiring enhanced alertness for certain nighttime missions or flights. The system according to the invention comprises strictly blue-colored lighting means: arranged inside the cockpit; activated by a processing unit, the activation depending on the flight phase, the physiological time, and the jetlag of the pilot of said aircraft; and the intensity of which is determined by a control unit and depends on the brightness of the ambient lighting and the brightness of the display system. Said lighting means can be installed in a head-up display or in a helmet-mounted display. |
