<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem where since vibrations which may cause mechanical contact to a valve seat may occur in a closed body according to operation conditions during a general operation, a mechanical load is applied to the closed body, and if the contact occurs at the same position continuously, the damage to the closed body may be caused. <P>SOLUTION: A fluid controlling valve includes a closed body (2) and a valve seat (3). The closed body (2) includes an end part (20) of a spherical cap shape. The closed body (2) opens and closes a passage (4) at a valve seat (3). The closed body (2) is supported to be capable of rotating by a supporter part (25).
