PURPOSE: A repairing device, a repair method, and a method for manufacturing a device are provided to recover a defective device into a device with a normal insulation state. CONSTITUTION: A repair device(1) supplies electric stress to a leak part of a device(6) and normalizes the insulation state of the leak part. A high voltage power source(2) is an electric stress source. A voltage applying unit simultaneously applies each electric charge stress to a plurality of devices from a plurality of condensers(7) charged with high voltage power.
