PURPOSE: An adhesive is provided, to have low ITO resistance change, and to hardly form a foam thereby being capable of being extremely suitable as an adhesive touch panel and having excellent ITO adhesive. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive comprises: 100.0 parts by weight of a basic acrylic polymer which has an average molecular weight of 50,000-400,000 which has an acidic group in quality; 0.1-15 parts by weight of a low-molecular-weight (meth)acrylic polymer with a molecular weight of 100,000 or less which has a hydrogen-combinable functional group and does not has an acidic group in quality; and 0.1-2 parts by weight of an isocyanate-based crosslinking agent. The basic acrylic polymer is obtained by copolymerizing 20-99.5 weight% of alkoxy(meth)acrylate and 0.1-10 weight% of a crosslinkable group-containing monomer. [Reference numerals] (AA) FPD front side
