<p>A method of matching a potential employee with a potential employer comprising asking a potential employee a series of interview questions in order to obtain a set of metrics in response to said questions, then processing said obtained metrics against a set of parameters in order to create an evaluative worth figure. The evaluative worth figure is then presented to the potential employee in real-time for consideration in the form of an indicative job offer. If of interest, the employee then accepts the indicative job and liaises with the potential employer. A recruitment system for matching a potential employee with a potential employer is also provided.</p> |
