<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin molded product which is capable of ensuring the productivity by means of forcibly pulling out a core pin with thread, and reducing the possibility of generation of gouges or whitening in the inner circumferential surface where a female thread is formed. <P>SOLUTION: A resin molded product 18 is molded in a mold space formed by cavities 31b, 32b, 32c and core pins 31a, 32a. After molding the molded product, the core pin with thread 32a is forcibly pulling out from the molded product, thereby obtaining the resin molded product 18 in which a female thread is formed in the inner circumferential surface. On the outer surface corresponding to the position of the female thread formed in the inner circumferential surface of the resin molded product 18, the thin part extending in the axial direction is formed. By forcibly pulling out the core pin with thread 32a, cracks are caused in the thin part. With the generation of cracks, it is possible to eliminate defects, such as gouges and whitening, remaining in the female thread part of the resin molded product 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
