CHIP-ON-FLEX STRUCTURE FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL PANEL

A chip-on-flex structure (20) for a liquid crystal panel (10) comprises a flexible circuit (21), a driver chip (22) and multiple output side wires (23). An output side edge (211) is disposed on the flexible circuit (21) for connection to the liquid crystal panel (10). The driver chip (22) is disposed on the upper surface of the flexible circuit (21). The length direction of the driver chip (22) is perpendicular to or inclined towards the output side edge (211). The multiple output side wires (23) have the shape of a straight line, an arc or an L for connecting the connecting points at two sides of the driver chip (22) to the output side edge (211), so as to simplify the circuit design of the chip-on-flex structure (20).
