FIELD: wood-working industry.SUBSTANCE: method includes loading of the material into the chamber with its subsequent sealing, filling the chamber with the impregnating fluid, steplike creation of discharging to high vacuum, exposure of the material, supply of the impregnating fluid, reduction of pressure in the chamber to atmospheric pressure, creation of higher pressure of the impregnating solution and the subsequent exposure, pumping of fluid and removing the material. Two cycles of vacuuming are conducted, and after the steplike creation of vacuum in the chamber the material is exposed for no more than 20 minutes. Then 3-4 cycles of influence with short-term overpressure are carried out.EFFECT: method enables to reduce the duration of wood impregnation while providing high quality by intensification of transportation processes of aqueous solutions during impregnation.5 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex |
