<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cervical vertebra forward bending holding apparatus in which a body worn around the neck and a front pad are formed to be a shape adapted to the figure of a user and operability when worn, and continuous treatment, remedy or the like can be performed day and night. <P>SOLUTION: In the cervical vertebra forward bending holding apparatus, the body 10 worn at the back part of the neck and the front pad 20 worn at a front part of the neck are engaged with each other so that the positions can be freely adjusted, a stability holding pillow 30 is provided so as to be locked outside the body 10 in such a way that its position can be freely adjusted, both the body 10 and the apron pad 20 are formed in almost U-shape wearable by the neck in an airtight manner, and thin belt-shaped shape adjustment frames 14, 23 having elasticity are buried inside the body 10 and the front pad 20 in a transverse shape respectively.
