<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of determining an abnormal part causing a failure in cooling an object to be cooled such as an X-ray detector. <P>SOLUTION: A cooling device 40 for cooling an object 32 to be cooled arranged in a housing 41 to a set target temperature comprises: a heat absorbing part 51 for absorbing heat of the object 32 to be cooled; a heat exhaust part 52 for exhausting heat which is absorbed by the heat absorbing part 51; a fan 42 for sending cool wind towards the heat exhaust part 52 by rotation of rotary vanes 42b; a cooled object temperature sensor 44 for measuring the temperature of the object 32 to be cooled; a heat absorbing part temperature sensor 45 for measuring the temperature of the heat absorbing part 51; and a control part which adjusts the quantity of heat to be absorbed by the heat absorbing part 51 so that the temperature of the object 32 to be cooled is at the set target temperature on the basis of temperature information from the cooled object temperature sensor 44. The control part determines an abnormal part causing a failure in cooling the object 32 to be cooled on the basis of information from a rotation detection sensor 46, the cooled object temperature sensor 44, and the heat absorbing part temperature sensor 45. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
