<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser emission device that can be improved in maintenance performance. <P>SOLUTION: A laser emission device has a first unit U1 (light source unit for signals) containing a laser light source 21 for signals, second and third units U2, U3 (amplifying units) containing a laser diode 27 and a rare earth doped optical fiber F3 respectively, fifth, sixth and seventh units U5 to U7 (amplifying units) containing a laser diode 37, a rare earth doped optical fiber F6 and a laser diode 44 respectively which are individually exchangeable every unit. CPU 17 detects an abnormal state of each of the units U1 to U8, and outputs abnormality detection information (data concerning the abnormal state) of the detected unit U1 to U8 to a display unit 16a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
