<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink composition which gives images excellent in color development and abrasion resistance and decreased in thickness unevenness, also has excellent storage stability and can decrease nozzle clogging, and to provide an inkjet recording method using the same. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided an ink composition which is recorded on an ink-absorbing recording medium and an ink non-absorbing or lowly absorbing recording medium and comprises at least a pigment contained in a particulate resin dispersant, an alkyl polyol having 180-230°C boiling point at 1 atm and a copolymer of an olefinic monomer and a monomer having an aprotic polar group and contains a polymer particle having ≥200 nm volume average particle diameter and <100°C minimum film-forming temperature (MFT), and which contains practically no alkyl polyol having ≥280°C boiling point at 1 atm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
