<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation protection sheet which is thin, and high in workability by using and mixing zirconium which is extremely high in radiation protecting capability and silicon which is high in workability. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation protection sheet is manufactured by mixing zirconium and silicon at the rate of 4 to 10. While the zirconium is used in a powder state, a texture mixed with the silicon is manufactured in a state where the zirconium is always given moisture such that the powder of the zirconium becomes wet for fear that the powder of the zirconium flashes in air at normal temperature. Then, water content is removed by some heat in a roll rolling process, and the texture is rolled several times to prevent air from being generated in the texture to manufacture the texture.
