The optical disk device further includes tracking driving means for driving tracking moving means so that a condensing point of a light beam for recording and reproducing is positioned on a prescribed track of a recording layer on the basis of a deviation between a track of the recording layer and the condensing point of the light beam for recording and reproducing.
