PURPOSE: A 3D camera module and an auto-focusing method thereof are provided to perform a focusing of a second camera to a focused extent in a specific region of auto-focused images, thereby performing an auto-focusing of the 3D camera module. CONSTITUTION: A 3D camera module comprises a first camera(100), a second camera(200), and an image signal processor(300). The first camera sets a focus of a subject by moving a lens. The second camera is spaced from the first camera at a predetermined space and set the focus of the subject by moving a lens. The image signal processor controls the first and second cameras so that an auto-focused extent of a second first region, which is identical to the first region, of subject images photographed by the second camera becomes identical to an auto-focused extent of a first region of subject images photographed by the first camera.
