PURPOSE: A suction and exhaustion module including a suction and exhaustion guide and a food waste disposer including the same are provided to reduce the risk of a user due to the exhaustion of high temperature and/or bad odor gas. CONSTITUTION: A suction and exhaustion module(200) includes an exhaustion gas suction hole, a re-circulating gas exhaustion hole, and a suction and exhaustion guide(230). The suction and exhaustion guide is positioned on an exhaustion gas suction hole and the re-circulating gas exhaustion hole. The suction and exhaustion module is fastened on the upper part of a drying furnace. The suction and exhaustion guide includes a suction guide and an exhaustion guide. The suction guide is positioned on the exhaust gas suction hole. The exhaustion guide is positioned at the lower part of the re-circulating gas exhaustion hole.
