<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure between a center pillar trim and a roof lining, improving appearance quality and assemblability without forming a gap between an upper end of the center pillar trim and a fitting part of the roof lining. <P>SOLUTION: In the joining structure between the upper end 10J of the center pillar trim 10 and a side part 20S of the roof lining 20, the center pillar trim 10 includes a sidewall 11, a front wall 12 and a rear wall 13. The fitting part 25 protrudes downward from the side part 20S. A front locking part 16F and a rear locking part 16R are formed at the upper end 10J of the center pillar trim 10. The fitting part 25 includes a front engaged part 26F and a rear engaged part 26R. The upper end 10J of the center pillar trim 10 is externally fitted with the fitting part 25.
