<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent occurrence of an insulating fault in a lead wire of a stator coil led from a motor case. <P>SOLUTION: According to the present embodiment, there is provided an electric motor, in which a plurality of lead wires of a stator coil provided in a motor case are led outside the motor case, comprising: a lead wire guide configured to guide the plurality of lead wires led from the motor case to the motor case.
