A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF A YEAST-STATISTIC PROTEIN FROM RAHNELLA AQUATILIS AND ANTI-YEAST ENHANCING SUBSTANCE

PURPOSE: A method for preparing Rahnella aquatilis AY2000 culture medium containing an antifungal activity is provided to effectively prevent fungi and to remarkably reduce side effects. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing Rahnella aquatilis AY2000 culture medium extract comprises: a step of dipping Rahnella aquatilis AY2000(desposit number KACC 91164P) culture medium in alcohol; a step of adding saccharide hydrolase to the precipitate; and a step of filtering and fractioning additives. The saccharide hydrolase includes beta-glucosidase, cellulase, inulinase, invertase, or pectinase. An antifungal composition contains Rahnella aquatilis AY2000 culture medium extract as an active ingredient. The composition also contains itraconazole or fluconazole.
