MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR TANK TOP BASE MEDIUM SUBASSEMBLY OF SHIP HAVING DUCK KEEL

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a tank top base medium assembly block for a ship with a duct keel is provided to shorten the overall time needed for manufacturing a tank top base medium assembly block by reducing the time used for crane operation and welding. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for manufacturing a tank top base medium assembly block for a ship with a duct keel is as follows: A support(20) is welded and installed on a small member(10). Multiple small members on which multiple supports are installed are coupled to form duct keel small assembly blocks(30). The duct keel small assembly blocks are welded on a tank top plate(40) to form a spare medium assembly block(50). A pipe(70) is inserted in a duct keel of the spare medium assembly block and is assembled to the support by bolts. The spare medium assembly block on which the pipe is installed is turned over and a bottom panel(80) is welded on the spare medium assembly block.
