PURPOSE: A method differential-shrinkage blended yarns is provided to manufacture differential-shrinkage blended yarns with excellent elasticity, heat insulation, intensity, shrinkability and high uniformity, to reduce the manufacturing cost, and to manufacture fabrics with excellent drapability, softness and bulkiness in texture, excellent shrinkage recovery and color fastness. CONSTITUTION: A method of manufacturing differential-shrinkage blended yarns comprises: the step of preparing two bobbins(10, 20) on which two different kinds of PET POY yarns are wound; the step of feeding a PET POY yarn supplied from the first bobbin to a first heater(30) with a guide roller(12); the step of heat-treating it at the temperature of 180-230°C in the first heater; the step of passing it through a guide roller(14) and stretching it in the stretching ratio of 1.1-1.5 in a stretching machine(40); the step of feeding the stretched PET POY yarn and the non-stretched PET POY from the second bobbin to a feed roller(50) and blending them; the step of interlacing the two PET POY yarns with an air interlacing device(60); and the step of winding the blended yarn on a winding roller(80) at 400-500m/min of the yarn speed after heat-treating in a second heater(70) and oil-processing. The stretched PET POY yarn is manufactured by passing the yarn through the first roller and the second roller separately when stretching the PET POY yarn fed from the first bobbin; heat-treating in the first heater of 180-230°C and cooling by passing through the cooling plate; twisting with a twist spindle consisting of more than two pairs of friction discs in the yarn speed ratio of 1.5-1.7; and stretching in the stretching ratio of 1.1-1.5 by the speed difference among the first roller, the second roller and the third roller. The used guide is a guide that is able to control the distance between the two kinds of PET POY yarns and the first heater by changing the supply angle of the two kinds of PET POY yarns.
