<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic transmission device in which influences caused by magnet-originated power can be reduced while attaining reduction in size. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of first magnetic substance groups G1 and a pair of second magnetic substance groups G2 are disposed so as to hold a magnet group G0 by both sides in an axial line direction and in an order closer to the magnet group G0.
