<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter generator that can fully use the output of a generator making it possible to selectively and surely output a three-phase AC or single-phase AC with a desired voltage and phase and also making it possible to change the frequency of the output AC. <P>SOLUTION: An inverter generator comprises: a first, second, and third control unit 22a2, 22b2, and 22c2 which perform on-off control of switching elements of a first, second, and third inverter; a three-phase output terminal and a single-phase output terminal which are connected to, for example, a terminal group connected to the inverters and outputting AC output as a U-phase, V-phase, or W-phase; a switch-over mechanism; and a three-phase/single-phase change-over switch and a frequency setting switch that allow a user to operate freely. The first, second, and third control units control on-off of the switching elements so that the output of the second and third inverters will become a frequency set with the frequency setting switch and a three-phase or single-phase AC corresponding to the output of the change-over switch based on the output of the first inverter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
