<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current source circuit capable of stably operating a circuit on a reference current supply destination even if a fault, such as a lattice defect, is generated in a bipolar device in any of band gap voltage reference circuits. <P>SOLUTION: A current source circuit includes: band gap voltage reference circuits 2, 4 for outputting reference currents Iref1, Iref2 using a band gap voltage of silicon Si; and a current output circuit 5 for outputting a reference current Iref by summing the reference currents Iref1, Iref2 outputted from the band gap voltage reference circuits 2, 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
