PURPOSE: An assembly device for a suspension member and a control method thereof are provided to continuously assembly multiple bushes and connection members in a suspension member and to reduce hydraulic pressure required for press-fitting a coupling member to the suspension member. CONSTITUTION: An assembly device for a suspension member comprises a base frame(202), a conveyor(90), a fastening support part(212), a fastening part(223), and a fastening moving part(220). The conveyor supplies workpieces in which a coupling member is temporarily assembled to a connection part. The fastening support part supports the connection part and comprises a supporting block(210) and a supporting cylinder(214). The fastening part provides press-fitting force for press-fitting the coupling member to the connection part. The fastening moving part gradually delivers the press-fitting force of the fastening part to the coupling member.
