PURPOSE: A controller for the heating temperature control of a heating element through measuring a resistance value is provided to constantly maintain the heating temperature of a heating element into a setting temperature regardless of the size of a supplied power source by controlling a duty ratio of heating power source applied to the heating element according to a measured resistance value. CONSTITUTION: A switching part(10) supplies a heating power source to a heating element(H). A resistance measuring part(20) measures a resistance value according to the heating temperature of the heating element. A controller(U4) controls the switching of the switching part according to the resistance value of the heating element measured in the resistance measuring part. A constant voltage part(40) makes an output power supply of a battery(B) constantly. A protection part(50) blocks the inflow of a counter electro-motive force into the battery.
