The assembly has a locking element (24) attached with an external form of a screwing part (21) i.e. hexagon nut, and with a threaded part (220) of a part (22) i.e. wheel axle, to block in rotation of the screwing part on the threaded part, where the screwing part is screwed on the threaded part of the part that is placed within a cavity (23) of another part (20) i.e. wheel hub. The locking element comprises a screw (26) aligned along an axis parallel with an axis of the screwing part on the former part for allowing to block of the locking element after screwing in a locking position.
