<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus capable of easily manufacturing a seeder tape suitable for demand of sowing many kinds of seeds in small amounts like a private vegetable garden. <P>SOLUTION: Units 23 provided with an optimal number of holes 37 of optimal size are selected out of a large number of units 23 so as to have a predetermined amount of seeds 9 at optimal predetermined spaces, and these units 23 are fitted into recesses 25 of a rotation body 11 at predetermined spaces. When a winding reel 15 is rotated, a pulled tape 5 is unwound from an unwinding reel 7, and the seeds 9 are supplied to an adhesive surface 21 on the upper side from the units 23 from the rotation body 11.
