PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement secure user authentication.

SOLUTION: An authentication server 20 sends screen data for displaying an input screen for receiving an input of an answer to an inquiry about transaction history to an operation terminal 10, and receives the answer from the operation terminal 10. The authentication server 20 executes an inquiry command to a transaction history database 253 and compares the execution result with the answer received from the operation terminal 10 to implement user authentication.
