<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining seat installing method for enabling a user to incline a seat back at a maximum angle (160 degrees) without feeling constraint in a user of front-rear seats, and without requiring to increase its longitudinal clearance. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of reclining seats 1c, 1d and 1e having the seat back 3 and a seat part 5 are arranged toward the one direction. A reclining seat positioned in front in two reclining seats positioned in front and in rear in the plurality of these reclining seats, is set as a first reclining seat 1c, and a reclining seat positioned in the rear is set as a second reclining seat 1d.
