The present invention relates to a miniature actuator using bubbles, which is configured so to be capable of changing the internal pressure thereof according to the growth and disappearance of bubbles on a cavity interface and for the response of a driving member to be quite fast. Further, because the actuator may attain a high internal pressure using a simple structure, high output is enabled. Further, because the internal pressure of a chamber and the speed of a working fluid filled in the chamber may be controlled according to bubble size and growth speed, fine control of the driving member is enabled. |
