<p>PURPOSE: A method for sampling lead from metal chloride in electric arc furnace dust is provided to recover high-purity lead through a dry reducing process by using a reducing agent and a demineralizing agent efficiently. CONSTITUTION: A method for sampling lead from metal chloride in electric arc furnace dust comprises the following steps: mixing CaCO3 as a demineralizing agent and C as a reducing agent into metal chloride recovered during processing of electric arc furnace dust, wherein the mole ratio of the metal chloride, CaCO3, and C is 1:1:1; press-molding the mixture to obtain a molded composition product for reduction; forming a molded body for reduction by thermally treating the molded composition product; and dipping the molded body for reduction in water to recover lead.</p> |
