摘要 <p>PURPOSE: An iron-based sintered alloy with high-temperature abrasion resistance and a valve seat manufacturing method using the same are provided to enable compatible use of a valve seat in a diesel or LPG fuel engine as well as a smoke-less gasoline engine because of excellent abrasion and heat resistances. CONSTITUTION: An iron-based sintered alloy with high-temperature abrasion resistance comprises a functional seat part and a non-functional support part. The seat part comprises 2.0-4.0 weight% of Cr, 8.5-11.0 weight% of Mo, 0.5-1.5 weight% of Si, 21.0-30.0 weight% of Co, 0.5-2.0 weight% of Ni, 0.3-1.65 weight% of Mn, 0.15-0.95 weight% of S, 0.6-1.0 weight% of C, 2.0 weight% or less of other components, and the remaining amount of Fe and has a structure in which a Co-based hard grain phase and a MnS phase are evenly distributed in solbite and bainite mixed matrix. The support part comprises 2.0-4.0 weight% of Cr, 0.2-0.4 weight% of Mo, 0.7-1.1 weight% of C, and 2.0 weight% or less of other components and has a structure in which fine composite carbide is distributed in bainite matrix.</p>
