<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To predict a direction of a user. <P>SOLUTION: A direction predicting server 10 records a relative angle of direction obtained from an output of an angular velocity sensor 33B mounted on a terminal device 30 carried by a user. Further the direction predicting server 10 identifies a direction of the user at a first position where the direction of the user can be identified. The direction predicting server 10 predicts a direction of the user at a second position by using the relative angle of direction corresponding to the first position among the recorded relative angles of directions, a relative angle of direction of the second position different from the first position, and the direction of the user identified at the first position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
